So far, it's been 3 days since i began drinking the raspberry leaf tea, and i havent noticed much of a difference in anything yet....
So today is hallow's eve and i wanted to wish everyone an enjoyable halloween weekend!
Im not doing anything abnormal from my everyday life, other than the fact that it's my little brothers birthday, so we always do a halloween friendly party for him. hes only 15(?) and my parents are crazy-overbearing, so it wont be very fun. lol!
The lovey is working today....he wasnt supposed to but he got called in, which left me alone in the house all day. I was feeling lazy and somewhat out of it so i spent the day studying and playing on facebook/you tube....
im worrying myself. ive been trying to get pregnant for so long now that im making myself depressed...i think that will be another thing, among many, to speak with my doctor about ...

Raspberry Leaf Tea
So, Im at publix, in the tea isle, and I'm looking for this "red raspberry leaf tea" because i was told that it helps control PCOS. (http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/herbs.html)
So, i purchased it, and i wasnt too sure about it. It says on the package to "brew" for 15 minutes, and to drink 3-4 cups daily. It's about 6.00$ at Publix for 16 bags, in the organic tea/coffee section.
So, i expected it to taste like raspberries? absolutely not.
It doesnt even look or smell like tea... kinda funny because before it finished brewing it was pea-green....EWW....
But once i took a few sips, it wasnt so bad with honey. It's caffeine free, and much better iced.
I'll be "testing it" in the month of November, and will report the changes, if any, that i find!

Welcome to my TTC blog! Intro:
You may have found this as a result of my Trying-To-Conceive (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Trying-to-Conceive/157554060934415) page, or because you are a friend to me and i want your insight...This blog's purpose will be to capture what im going through at the given moment. I'll update as i feel the need to, as sometimes my posts will be full of doctors appointments and excitement, im sure others will be filled with many other feelings most ttc'ing women feel.
So here's my story:
My sweet heart and i have been trying to conceive for almost 2 years now. I'm almost positive that i have poly cystic ovarian syndrome; and i have inovulatory cycles, meaning that i don't ovulate.
I haven't gone to the doctor yet because my insurance picks up in January. I live in florida, where fertility insurance isn't covered, but im hoping my primary care physician will order a diagnostic ultrasound and blood panels.
I wouldnt call much of my family supportive, as i'm young and they're worried, but i don't care. I have the support of his family, and he and i know were ready, so i know that's all that matters.

So with all this being said, welcome to my blog =)
